At the 2024 Met Gala, she wore a super tight corset that literally left her struggling to breathe and feeling like she was about to “throw up.” Despite the immense pain and red indentations left in her back, Kim insisted, “If you look good, it was all worth it.”

Kim even admitted that she could hardly sit down or go to the toilet because of the restrictive outfit, joking in a behind-the-scenes video, “If I don't sit down for dinner, now you know why.”

If you’re wondering how much trouble Kim goes to in order to fit into these outfits, she revealed back in 2022 that in order to wear Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress, she lost 16 pounds in just 21 days by wearing “a sauna suit twice a day,” running on the treadmill, and “completely cutting out all sugar and all carbs.” It goes without saying that Kim’s drastic weight loss was extremely unhealthy and unsustainable.
5. At the 2016 Met Gala, Kylie Jenner’s custom metallic Balmain dress left her with scratched, bleeding legs. “When ur dress made you bleed and ur feet are purple,” she wrote on Snapchat as she shared the damage, before adding in a separate post: “It was worth it though.”

14. In a 2020 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim memorably struggled to get into a latex Balmain suit — and injured herself attempting to do so. “Shit, it's stuck to my skin,” she said before adding, “I literally feel like I pulled a muscle in my shoulder.”
15. And finally, Khloé underwent an awkward wardrobe malfunction at the 2022 People's Choice Awards after her tight outfit literally “broke.” “My outfit — the whole zipper popped open," she said. “I am sewn into my outfit. I had to pee. So we had to cut the stitching out and sew me back in.”
